All products are made-to-order. Estimated lead times for sampling and mass production will be provided in the project quote or order confirmation. These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability and factory schedule.
We typically ship orders via international courier, air freight or sea freight, depending on the size and urgency of the shipment. The shipping method, Incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF, DAP) and any additional services (e.g. palletizing, special packing) will be agreed with the Client in advance and indicated in the quote.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. ANMS is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters or changes in regulations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Client when the goods are handed over to the carrier at the agreed departure point. If the Client requests cargo insurance, ANMS can arrange it at the Client’s cost.
The Client should inspect the goods upon arrival and notify ANMS in writing within a reasonable period (e.g. 7 days) if there are any visible damages or discrepancies. Failure to notify within this period may be considered acceptance of the goods as delivered.
